Today’s key grammar: ナA-な Noun / イA-い Nounですね
Use: These expressions are used to state your impression of something. The particle ね at the end is used to agree with someone or to confirm a statement.
Example:
きれいな 海(うみ)ですね。 (Kirei na umi desu ne.) (It’s a beautiful sea, isn’t it?)
新(あたら)しい ビルですね。 (Atarashii biru desu ne.) (It’s a new building, isn’t it?)

Today’s key grammar: [Item] が ほしいんですが、どこで 買(か)えますか？
Use: This is a polite phrase used to ask where you can buy something you want. Using ～んですが makes the question sound softer and more natural.
Example:
