日本への準備をしながら、フルタイムで働いたり勉強したりしている方が多いことも知っています。それはとても疲れることでしょう！進歩するためには、賢い戦略が必要です。教科書を何度も読むだけではいけません。代わりに「アクティブ・リコール」を活用しましょう。本を閉じ、覚えていることをすべて書き出してみてください。これにより脳がより活発に働き、情報が長期記憶に定着しやすくなります。🧠💡

• Label your house:

  Stick Post-it notes on your furniture! Write 「冷蔵庫」(Reizouko) on your fridge and 「鏡」(Kagami) on your mirror. You will learn without even trying!

• Shadowing:

  Listen to Japanese audio and repeat it immediately, like a shadow. This improves your rhythm and accent significantly.

• Use Apps wisely:

  Apps like Anki or Duolingo are great for spare moments on the bus or during lunch breaks. Every minute counts!

• 家にラベルを貼る：

  家具にポストイットを貼りましょう！冷蔵庫に「冷蔵庫」、鏡に「鏡」と書きます。意識しなくても自然に覚えられます！

• シャドーイング：

  日本語の音声を聞いて、影のようにすぐ後に続いてリピートします。これにより、リズムとアクセントが大幅に向上します。

• アプリを賢く使う：

  AnkiやDuolingoのようなアプリは、バスの中や昼休みなどの隙間時間に最適です。一分一秒が大切です！

Step 4: Overcoming Common Mistakes for Filipino Learners 🇵🇭

Every nationality has its own hurdles when learning Japanese. For Filipinos, the most common struggle is the distinction between the “R” and “L” sounds. In Japanese, the “R” sound (ら, り, る, れ, ろ) is a mix between an R, L, and D. It’s subtle! Another challenge is the usage of particles. Many students accidentally omit them, saying “Watashi ringo taberu” instead of the correct 「私はりんごを食べます」(Watashi wa ringo wo tabemasu). 🍎

日本語を学ぶ際、国籍によってそれぞれ特有のハードルがあります。フィリピン人の皆さんにとって最も一般的な苦労は、「R」と「L」の音の区別です。日本語の「ら行」（ら、り、る、れ、ろ）の音は、R、L、Dが混ざったような音です。とても繊細なのです！もう一つの課題は助詞の使い方です。多くの学生がうっかり助詞を抜かしてしまい、「私、りんご、食べる」と言ってしまいますが、正しくは「私はりんごを食べます」です。🍎

Also, don’t forget about 「敬語」(Keigo) or polite Japanese. While it’s okay to be casual with friends, always use the ~desu/~masu form when speaking to your teachers, elders, or anyone you meet for the first time. Politeness opens doors in Japan that talent alone cannot. As your teacher, I promise that if you master polite speech, Japanese people will be much more eager to help you and welcome you into their community.

また、「敬語」、つまり丁寧な日本語も忘れないでください。友達とカジュアルに話すのは構いませんが、先生や目上の人、あるいは初めて会う人と話すときは、常に「〜です・〜ます」の形を使いましょう。礼儀正しさは、才能だけでは開けない日本の扉を開けてくれます。教師として約束します。もしあなたが丁寧な言葉遣いをマスターすれば、日本人はもっと喜んであなたを助け、コミュニティに迎え入れてくれるでしょう。
