Hourensou is an abbreviation for three very important business actions: **Hokoku**, **Renraku**, and **Sodan**. Let’s look at each one!

This means reporting the status of your work. When you finish a task, or even when you are halfway through, tell your boss. This makes them feel safe knowing that the work is moving forward.

これは仕事の状況を知らせることを意味します。仕事が終わった時や、途中経過であっても上司に伝えましょう。そうすることで、上司は仕事が進んでいると安心できます。
